Brandon Gunn, a 29 year old with an outstanding warrant for theft was arrested and booked at the Vista Jail on Thursday, May 15, 2014. He was arrested and held on $75,000 bail after the Sheriff found him sitting in his car parked in front of a home he had no business being around in Vista .
He appeared in Court Monday May 19, 2014 in the Vista Superior Court on the outstanding warrants only and the San Diego Sheriff confirmed Brandon Gunn will not face any new charges relating to looting during the Coco Fire .
